Subscribing & Unsubscribing

Just a quick question....
I see the option in which you can subscribe to a thread you've not previously posted on... but is there a way in which to unsubscribe from a thread in which you HAVE posted on? Please advise.

I go to control panel, list subscriptions... click the ones I don't want and select delete.
