success taking letrozole

anybody have any success taking letrozole? How long did it take?
I saw a fertility Dr. today who prescribed me letrozole. I have been TTC for 8 months but DH has abnormal sperm morph. all of my tests checked out OK. I am hoping this works he said try for 3 months then we can move on to IUI.

I took Femara (letrozole) to conceive my daughter .... in conjuction with IUI.

Thanks for the reply how many cycles did it take on the meds.

With my daughter it took 2 Femara cycles with IUI.
I had my 1st IUI since my daughter in February and also got pregnant but miscarried.
