Waiting too damn long

Grrrr....
I'm on my second round of clomid this month.... And I've had the same thing happen this month as happened last month.
On cycle day 14 I had very insane, mega severe ovulation pain. Approximately twenty minutes later, my nipples became slightly tingly and pins and needley. This ALWAYS happens, every cycle of mine, in forever, without fail. They are my USUALLY accurate signs of ovulation.
So..... I've had all the symptoms. But it's obvious I haven't actually ovulated yet... Because this morning my temp for bbt went DOWN.
I REALLY hate my body. I'm so annoyed at this.
