well.. i have heard that symptoms come and go every few days for some... but maybe with that history i would be scared too... is there anyone you can call and talk to about your history and just for piece of mind??

Hi Shorman, how stressful for you, definitely speak to your dr or EPU and explain your history, symptoms and anxieties, they may well be willing to scan you. After experiences like that is really hard not to worry. You are in good company here, the ladies are lovely.

Really hope you get your scan and that it is good news.

Yes, symptoms can come and go. Mine got terrible this week, but has turned out to be a tummy bug - feel stupid now!

they definitely can come and go but i know its little consolation :hugs: definitely speak to your doctor and request an early scan. xxx

i'll be completely honest with you, mine seemed to come and go, weirdly enough it seemed to be every second day was bad, then they completely vanished and a week later i started spotting then bleeding. i did a HPT 3 days after the spotting started, and it came up dark almost straight away, which is why it was such a shock when the bleeding continued and the scan showed baby had gone.

i would contact your EPU and see if they can do you a scan, just for your own peace of mind.

im in a similar boat, ive been signed off work with sickness as i couldnt keep anything down, and now im not being sick at all. demand an early scan hun xxxx

Dont rely on pregnancy tests. They will show positive in till you passed everything. However my symptons came and went all the time. But with your history im sure you can get an early scan. call your doctor/midwife. some epu will see you with out referals as well

Symptoms can come and go and usually it doesn't mean much. Not to be horrible, but with my MMC I was still vomiting, sore, tired, no bleeding, no cramping etc for 5 weeks after baby had died, so even then it doesn't always mean anything.
With this pregnancy I certainly had times I felt totally fine in 1st tri (and of course I'd worry despite my previous experiences). Of course a day or so later I'd be back to feeling crap...

I'm sure if you talk through your worries with your doctor he'll put you in for an early scan. I was offered an early scan as have a lovely doc but if I hadn't I would have asked for one. Hope all's well xx
