Sudden nausea on Nexplanon?

Hi I have had my Nexplanon implant for almost a year now. For the past 3 days I have started having slight nausea on and off during the day. I have also been feeling a bit more fatigued than usual and my nipples are a bit sensitive.

I know I need to take a test but I was just wondering if anyone has suffered these side effects. Did you end up being pregnant or was it just the implant causing these symptoms. Thank you in advance.
