Afternoon ladies!

It's lovely here today so I decided to slap on the factor 50 sun cream and get out in the garden. Naturally I had my bump with my vest top but I got a little warm so checked and my belly was a bit red. I was only outside an hour. Decided to come inside now as I'm worried I've overheated my LO.

Do you think everything is ok? It's still a bit red but not as bad. He/she is moving about so hope everything is fine and they are not too hot or something.

Shade-bathing from now on me thinks.

I sat in it all day Friday and I'm sizzled like a sausage! My belly was covered up the whole time, it's my chest and shoulders that caught it. I wouldn't worry too much x

Don't worry about it hun, bubs is fine and warm...
