Just wondering what kind of vitamins and supplements everyone takes and what has worked and not worked, etc? What do you feel is too much?
I have PCOS so everything I take has the aim of making my hormones and reproductive systems cooperate.
I currently take vitex, ovaboost, omega-3s, prenatals and am going to start taking maca powder once my next cycle starts next week as well. Doesn't look like much when I write it down, but it's a lot of pills. That's why I'm starting the maca powder rather than capsules. I've also heard the powder works better. I'm just hoping this stuff isn't all working against each other, but is heard a lot of women have success with vitex and maca and that they work well together.
