Is it worth it and do they actually help? If so which kind would you recommend?
I'm asking because my back has been killing me starting this week and I don't know what else to do. So far right now I'm taking baths every night and also using a heating pad. I have an appointment on the 26th with the ob but I think I might call earlier and see what they suggest.
