Sure Start Grant query

Hi

Silly me, I sent my Sure Start application off without getting my Doc to sign the back page! They returned it yesterday, although I actually sent it off 2 weeks ago but I'm worried now that they won't consider the claim as my boy is 12 weeks today and the time limit to get the claim in is by the time your child is 3 months old.

I will get the form signed in the week but does anyone know if they will still consider the claim given that I got the form to them before the cut off initially? I've actually got 6 more days til my LO is actually 3 months but don't know if they go by months or weeks?!

I would ring them on Monday as soon as you can, I think they open at 8am so try and ring as close to then as you can or your local job centre will help, they've been really helpful with me applying for it and other things

It's ok the guidelines are awkward I think, it's strange only having 12 week afterwards!
