Sure Start Maternity Grant Advice Needed

my friends first child doesnt live with her at moment due to personal reasons anyways shes having another and she is unsure if she can get teh sure start maternity grant

i think if she claimed the grant with her first child she may no be able to claim again but im not 100% sure x

If she has claimed it before and received it and the child she claimed it for is under 16 then she won't get it.
