Swollen feet at 24 weeks???

I thought this wasn't supposed to happen until much later. .. anyone else having this happen early on?
I work in a hospital, constantly on my feet, so it's not like I can just sit back and relax for a few mins
Any other suggestions besides putting up my tootsies?

I'm 24 weeks and my family and I just spent the day at the zoo (4-5 hours) on saturday. Came home and my feet and ankles were swollen. My best recommendation is to if you can put your feet in a warm/hot bath with Epsom salts! Then kick your feet up. Works wonders for me.

I'm just about 19 weeks. My feet swell when I'm on them for long periods of time. I'm at a job also where I need to stand for long periods of time. I try to stay hydrated, then I put my feet up AS SOON as I get home.
