Symptom of pregnancy or is it the vitamins?

I started to take vitamins about a week ago, I am 3 DPO, today I have had constipation. I never have it. Could this be a very early sign of pregnancy or could it be the vitamins?

It could be both, probably. I had constipation from 1DPO, and I'd never been constipated before. That was a big indicator for me for early pregnancy. Good luck

Yea i totally agree it could be caused by both I remember having constipation with my ds1 fxed for you xxxx
