Driving myself insane with symptom spotting

Been nauseous / sick for a week now today nothing feels like normal again! I'm sure the sickness comes & goes doesn't it?

Still getting the pulling feelings / mild cramps

Wondering if I'm pregnant as I'm experiencing the pulling feeling /mild cramping that you're going through too. And also spotting light pink on and off but only when wiping or after bm sometimes.

My sickness certainly does not come and go, it's from the second I open my eyes to the minute I fall asleep But it didn't start until half way through week 5!

To be honest, symptoms are hopeless. I had zero symptoms bar sore boobs the month I got my BFP. The month before, I had every PMS symptom going! The missed period was the only for sure sign! Good luck, I hope it's your month!
