Symptoms 5 or 6 DPO? Weird back pain...

Ok I know 5 or 6 DPO is really early to start having symptoms, but weirder things have happened. Things I am already experiencing and cant explain: hot flashes, moodiness, teariness, breast pain on one side (near armpit), sensitive nipples, breast twinges, on and off cramping, flourescent yellow pee no matter how much I drink, vivid and really wierd dreams, gas, fatigue so bad I can barely keep my eyes open at times but the most disturbing thing is I keep getting pains on one side of my back near my kidney...dont know if its related or not. It got so painful last night I couldnt sit in certain positions. I drank a bunch of water and it feels better today. I believe my period is due Jan 23. Has anyone else ever had these symptoms and back or kidney-ish pain and gotten a BFP?

i m also going thru same like u. i m having backpain in whole night and can not sleep on sides or flat. inbetween getting heavy one sided pain(left side no tube that side)while urinating or farting. feeling so much emotional and crying easily. getting negative thoughts and so much

today i did test n came back i m on 7th DPO today and period due on 18th jan
