Symptoms and LINE EYE! Help!

Sooo...I'm completely losing it, right? Im not sure what do I am...but symptoms are dull low abdomen pain and dull low backache... bouts if dizziness and bouts of nausea starting at about 3pm for the last 3 days...praying maybe I'm just too early? This was taken late afternoon...it is the new frer
