With my first pregnancy I had no morning sickness. A friend said she didn't have any with her son but had tons with her daughter. I read this online as well.

So far with my second I have no morning sickness at all. However, other symptoms are quite different. With first, I couldn't stomach the smell or taste of meats. With second, I'm still eating meats. With first and second I'm craving sugary items but the difference this time is that sugary things actually taste OVER-sweet. Actually, all foods have an "off" taste right now.

I've also read about gender swaying and when to conceive, what to eat, etc. I haven't gone to that extent. But made notes afterwards. According to gender swaying, I should have had a girl first. But I didn't.
I've happened onto threads where moms say that having opposite symptoms didn't mean different gender either.

So, let's hear it. Have any of the wives tales, gender sway methods, Chinese charts, or symptom differences held "true" for you?

I did a quiz with my second that said 80% chance of girl (true) but I was only sick twice with her. I was sick with DS from 9-17 weeks and a few times after then too!

OH and I did four different old wives tales tests (before our ultrasound) and they all said girl, and that's what we're expecting! Still think it's just a good bit of fun though :)
