symptoms at 6 weeks

i am so paranoid since my mmc in feb, i had sore boobs but that seemed to go away and i pee alittle bit more but i also drink more water....

anyone else, not have too many symptoms and is freaking out?

Yup! Me! Everyone else on here seems to constantly throw up and grow a new cup size every day! Someone else on here the other day said that people wouldnt come on here and really say "oh yeah, havent really got much in the way of symptoms" as that wouldnt be 'news' really, I think that's a good point!

Midwives always say symptoms are not a reliable indicator but I would like a few more just for reassurance as Ive had an MC before.
