Symptoms worse with each subsequent pregnancy?

This is my fourth pregnancy ( 1mc) and I can tell you that nausea started at 10dpo this time for me! Every other pregnancy it was not before 6 weeks. I can't believe I already vomited and my beta was only 25.4! I'm 12 dpo today... Boobs got huge super fast and everything just seems amplified
