Symptoms

So I found out last week that I'm pregnant with baby #2 - wasn't having any symptoms other than missed period but now it's all coming back!! Tiredness like you wouldn't believe. I have been laid on the sofa since lunchtime and could just fall asleep. Shame my 2 yr old has other ideas!! Also starting to feel sick too which I didn't experience with my 1st.
Anyone else having symptoms at 5 weeks.......if so, what? Cc
