Hello! I'm considering getting my boys a tablet each for Christmas. They turn 8 and 2 in a couple of weeks.
I was considering an ipad mini for ds1 but he is so clumsy, I'm worried about spending that much money just for him to drop it or spill something on it or something! I'd prefer to get him an actual tablet rather than a kids one, as I think he'd get more out of a normal one. So I'd like one that is decent but doesn't cost too much ideally. Or would a laptop or netbook be better perhaps? As he has homework from school weekly, so would that be better? Gosh it's so difficult!
For ds2, a kids one but there seems to be a lot of choice and I'm not sure which one would be best suited to a 2 year old that is capable of using my ipad with supervision.
Any recommendations would be great please!
