Twin girls & baby boy!

I had a quick look at baby on a handheld ultrasound machine last week at 12+6. The machine doesn't print pictures, but I took a pic with my phone, so that's what we have to go on. I don't expect anyone to see anything from it, it's really not a great picture 
But it's fun to guess!
Anyway, here's baby:

We already have identical twin girls. OH is certain this one is a boy. All of our family members are saying boy. I have NO idea. No gut feeling. Nothing. I'm clueless! We have a scan November 27 at 15+5. We're going to try to get a potty shot then. If we can't, we'll have to wait until the 20w scan.
