My boobs are still just as perky as they were before I got pregnant and I am breastfeeding.

Kiwi mine looked amazing while I was breastfeeding but it was after weaning that they took on the deflated balloon look.
Hopefully you'll be luckier than me though.

I'm only a B so not to worried, when I got fat I was a c but lost weight and am back to b so hopefully pregnancy will enlarge then again

Talking of which - does anyone know what happens to your boobs after pregnancy if you had breast enlargement surgery beforehand?

I would like to know this. I had a breast augmentation in 2009 and am TTC #1 next year. I will have to report back what pregnancy & breastfeeding does to my boobs! I have read a bit on it and it seems like for most women it just makes their boobs a bit bigger and more natural looking. We shall see.
