if you call the tax credit helpline they will send the form but you should chase them till you start getting yr money!

i got mine but stupidly lost it do i just ring and ask for another? is it july it needs to be sent back by? only putting it off as it is too confusing

I think you can ring up to make the claim, im sure i did.
