As we are approaching the new tax year do i have to submit it again? Because when i submitted it before, it went on the tax year previously (when i was working full time) so as this tax year i will have earned less (as i was working, then on maternity pay and then benefits), do i submit again as i may get more???

You have to renew tax credits each tax year which means you give the income you have received from 08/09 to them in this case, they will send you a renewal pack and when you get this you can ring them up with P46 info and any other income info you have for them to update..sometimes you can do it before renewal pack gets to you but they get sent out in batches from April 6th.. hope that helps
