First of all big HELLOOOO! 
I'm 18, 5ft 7ish and 12 stone..
Last year I managed to lose a 22 pounds by doing nothing
, but this time it looks like i'm going to have to work for it..
I've been trying to start this diet for a couple of days but I buckled to the temptation of Doritos, Costa Coffee's brownies and a Twirl
So from today it's a new me
Going to get a new gym pass tonight so that's a start.
The next couple of months before I start my college course I have got plenty of time to get fit I suppose. Plus i've now not only got myself to try to impress
First day..
I've so far ate nothing for breakfast as I woke up to late
Lunch - Chicken, Potatoes and Tomatoes.. It was yum
Snack - Grapes
Tonight is sweet and sour chicken with rice
I'll try and update as often as I can...
I'm going to try to weigh myself every TWO weeks I think, I'll probably be tempted to weigh myself every week knowing me.
Any advice or support will be lovely
