My son is 11 months old and I just noticed that the water in it is gone. I also noticed that there's two holes he put into it. He must have drank the water. Is this safe?? ??

I think they have salt water in these days, I'm sure they wouldn't put anything toxic inside just in case this exact situation happens, they definitely wouldn't here in tge UK (sorry can't see where you are on my phone) might be worth contacting the manufacturer to double check if you're really worried about him
