A part of me doesn't want to tell my parents because of the way they treat me, and once the baby's born I don't want them to treat my child like that you know what I'm saying the only person I can really trust to tell is DB's parents, or mother. Is a weird that I get along with his parents more than mine?. :?

I thought you were still waiting to find out if you were pregnant (yesterdays post). Don't stress yourself until you know if you are even pregnant hun!!

Lots of people don't have brilliant relationships with their immediate family but if you are going to be a mum i think you just have to be adult about it and just get it out there. The choices you make in life are yours so your mum will respect that x When the time comes I hope it all goes well for you hun x

I am waiting but it's starting to come upon me that If I am pregnant His family's the only one I can tell in the begining and tell my family later on, DB's family's been so helpful and supportive in the past and present and I'm so glad i don't have annoying soon to be in laws =X

Yeah that's really lucky that you get on with your in laws. But i agree with the previous post, don't stress about telling your parents until you are pregnant x

I think you should'nt be thinking about all that stuff until you know for sure. I know its easier said than done. I dont know what its like to be in that situation. I onyl found out i was pregnant when i was 8 weeks and told my mum straight away, mainly because i was scared of what my mum would do if she found out before i could tell her. Maybe it would be best to talk to your oh's mum about the fact that you might be pregnant?

this might make things worse but i dont know.
i was the same thinking bout what id do and who id tell
and when and all that weird stuff
soon after i did a home test it was really faint
so i kept thinking really hard bout things
and a week later i did another one which was clearly positive
but because i had thought
about it i didn't really stress as much as i thought i would
because i already new what i was going to do
and it made finding out all that happier
nd if i wasnt it'd just be okay cos you dont need to do it.. :)

and if your like me i say dont think your crazy for thinkin bout this stuff
maybe your just a very organised person and like to think

lol have no idea if any of that made sense but yeah
