Hey ladies,
I hope everyone is doing well. I'm ttc #1 after chemical pregnancy that happened back in October. I slept late last night at 2:30 and didn't wake up till 8 while I usually wake up at 6 and take my temp then. That's a 2 hour difference. My temp was 97.92F. Adjusting temp brings it down to 97.52F. I'm not sure if I should put the adjusted time. Any ideas? Any experiences? I have only been charting 3-4 months.

Also, my temps after ovulation seem lower than the usual past few months. My temps usually shoot up to the 98. Any idea? Is FF wrong in their analysis of my O date? Could I have not ovulated yet? I'm also having lots of creamy-sticky cm.

Any advise greatly appreciated

Also do you think there's something to worry about with these low post ovulatory temperatures?

I always adjust my temps if I take it too early/too late.

It does look like you've ovulated. I don't know why your temps are lower, but the pattern of your temps indicates ovulation, even if they are lower than they used to be for you :flower:

Thanks for your response! I have also adjusted :)
