Temp rise! Could I have already ovulated?

Hi ladies I would like to ask a question in regards to whether I ovulated successfully this month. Since Saturday I notice I have been having very strong Egg white cervical mucus together with soreness around my nipple area and this lasted until Tuesday. With that I also took an OPK test on Monday and Tuesday which came to a very strong positive. I also took my temp throughout those days and that remained 36.48 each day untill today I woke up and had a temperature rise to 37.00 which is quite an increase. My OPK test was also negative and no more egg white but still sore nipples.

My question is, since Im am Try to conceive does this mean I ovulated already? and if so when was my ovulation. I also made sure I had lots of intercourse during those days I noticed my egg white cm.

Going off opk and your temp rise id say you ovulated on Wednesday. If you're using FF, 2 more temps will get you your crosshairs.
