Temp spike 3 or 4 days AFTER O???

Is it possible that I O'd on CD 19 or 20 and my temp only went up on CD 23??? So far every time I O'd my temp went up the next day.

I'm looking around because I'm pretty sure I'm 3dpo today yet my temp still hasn't spiked, i guess I'm just looking for a little bit of hope, was is that month that u got ur bfp?? X
