temp spike 8dpo??

today i had a massive temp spike, any ideas on what this could mean?? i have linked my chart for you all to look at, its looking all over the show to be honest i don't know what to think.

Hi, are you temping at the same time every morning? They say it's best to temp in the same hour time frame. If you temp 9 am one day and 6 pm the next there can be random variations.
If you are temping at the same time every day and the spike stays higher than what's normal for your follicular and luteal phases consistently, it could be a triphasic shift associated with pregnancy.

This was about 30 mins later then the previous morning?? My sleeping is so so bad but it always is so I don't know how that affects it I sleep on and off all the time

I don't know much about temping but I had a rise at 9 dpo as well, I am hoping it means I am pregnant but I never noticed it with my other 2 kids. It could be totally unrelated to pregnancy of course but symptom spotting has me very hopeful!

Hi Libby, were you able to take a test? I am experiencing the same as you are except that I had the temp spike on 7dpo and drop on 8dpo. It will be interesting to see what temps will I see tomorrow. I am very curious because my temps never fall like this except on the day of expected AF but that is 6-7 days away. Hopeful but don't want to be build lot of hopes as well to avoid disappointment later. Do you have any symptoms?

I got a huge temp spike as well 8DPO! Now I'm 9DPO and my temp is still above 98 degrees which is the highest it's been (this is my 2nd month charting).

I ended up getting af on 17dpo longer than usual for me not sure what happened really

Hmm... I had a temp dip at 7DPO, then big rise at 8DPO. My temps were staying high above 98 degrees... but this morning took a nosedive FF has me at an estimated 26 day cycle this month with due tomorrow. Doubt that's correct because I haven't been having my typical cramping or spotting yet I caved and took a FRER digi yesterday and got at 11DPO. But if I had an implantation dip at 7DPO it may be too early to detect. I've had 30 and 28 day cycles so I'm just guessing FF is wrong... I wish our cycles would be the SAME length every month, would make this a lot easier!
