I was praying and hoping that my temp would rise again this morning.
Yesterday I woke with severe af type cramps and only get those when Im flowing with af. I only had the teeny tiniest dab of pink on my tampon yesterday and that's it for the entire day!
I was fully expecting a temp rise or AF in full force this morning. Temp lowered just a bit, and no af!!!! I spit out blood this morning from brushing my teeth, and woke with very tight lower back (barely can bend down).
Anyone??
I feel like this is a cruel joke
p.s I do realize that I may have ovulated around CD22, not the date that FF detected
