Temping and room temp advice

My husband and I sleep with the windows open, and we live in Alaska. Over the past couple of weeks the temp went from the lower 30's to around -12 or so at night, we still sleep with the window open (we just crack it an inch or two). Anyhow this is my 4th month charting, 8th month TTC. I had an eary miscarriage last month and so now my cycle seems a little out of whack. FF says I O'd on the 27th, I had a temp spike, then on 3dpo I had a temp drop way down the to cover line, the day after the drop it only went up by .2 then by .1. Could my O date be off? Normally I ovulate on CD 13 or 14, this one was on CD16.

Thanks everyone, just never seen my chart do this after O I onrmally stay way up there until two days into AF.
