Temping Help

Hi

I woke up this morning and my blury morning eyes throught it was 7:45, this is when i usually get up. So i took my temp then it was 96.80 (an average for me) im guessing it was around 7:25?

But i must have fell asleep as the alarm woke me up at 7:45 and my temp was 97.02

which one do i use?

I always take the first temp of the day whether I naturally wake up or if it was the alarm...I usually snooze for another 15 minutes or so after that but when I wake up again I don't do another temp. I would use the 1st temp and record the time IMO.

The first one. I think it says something somewhere on FF about how you need a minimum of 5 hours uninterrupted sleep to make it accurate. Hope that helps Also, don't talk or move too much before you text
