Tender spot

I have had a tender spot around my pelvis for a few days now, been having little niggles and pokes and things although not really a soreness.
I have been a little sick in the last couple of weeks, flu (bedridden flu) so the cough lingers and earlier when I coughed it actually hurt me where the spot has been tender, like a pull or something.
Could this be anything or in my head?

Think i'm about 9DPO so am hopeful but not too hopeful...

It could be related to coughing and being sick. I know when i could to much or have the flu and am vomiting my lower and upper abdomen muscles get kinda tender and sore and it feels like i have been working out . I am not sure on it being related pregnancy or not as i dont remeber ever feeling like that but its been about 10 years since i had a good pregnancy ! for you
