Tenderness

There is a lot of tenderness in my pubic area and I just want to see if this is normal or if I should be concerned? Also, yesterday I had this weird, mildly painful spasm in that area .. I think it may have been because I got up to fast but I don't know ... thanks!

I'd say that sounds like your ligaments stretching. I remember when i was pregnant with my little girl getting some sharp shooting pains in my groin area, and it was round ligament pain, which is completely normal and nothing to worry about. It's a bit early for me to be getting them yet this time though. Unless the pain is severe and you have bleeding, then it's just another pregnancy related "ailment"!!

I'm a similar date to you and although my cramps have gone, my pubic bone is now very sore if I press down???
