Terrible cramps 2 & 3 DPO...

Hi ladies!

I am on my sixth cycle ttc but I have been tracking my cycle for close to a year so I would know what I was doing when it was time to start trying. For the first time I have these terrible cramps that came out of nowhere yesterday and have stayed strong. Last night they were so painful I almost threw up. I'm only 3 dpo today and know thats way too early for pg symptoms so I'm curious if anyone else experiences this?? I had some spotting with O this month which has never happened before. Wondering if maybe I just had a strong O and the cramps are lingering? Also have some back pain which hasn't happened before either.
This is such a confusing time.

Hi!

I've had this before and it was basically due to strong ovulation and having a few follicles that were all trying to rush to rupture, basically. Eventually it eased up and went away and I hope it does for you too!
