I bought some place filets for dinner tonight and normally I would coat with flour and fry, but with the diet I wanted to do like you said and cook in the oven in foil. How much milk should I stick in with it and what temp and how long should I cook for?

lol, fine I did them under the grill in the end with a little light olive oil and lemon.
We have paella tonight with warm whole meal pittas. mmmmm.
