I was so sure I was pregnant! I had so many symptoms!! But I am not. This is getting so depressing. In the beginning it was fun to test. Now it just feels like a job.

I missed last months period so wouldn't this be time? My major symptoms really started about 2 weeks ago.

I think my nipples look bigger (I could me making that one up)
Cramping in stomach not in my usually place
Cramping in usual place
Diarrhea
Off and on runny nose and sore throat. (Only last a few minutes at a time.)

How long should I wait. I have strips that will tell you when your 20mg. Really sensitive ones. I know some doctors use them. They are the dip ones.

I am on progesterone cream and I am putting it on for 21 days then off for a week. Like you would a birth control pill. Last month I missed. But I just started with the cream a few months ago. My natural periods are always really light and can go for months in between. So missing that one I didn't think PREGNANT.

But the last two weeks have been weird! Especially the off and sore throat. Its there for any where from 5-10 minutes and then gone. And the Gas has been in sane. Maybe I am just making this all up because there is something I really want. I am just so frustrated!

Im in exactly the same position as you, tested today after thinking i had loads of symptoms, feeling sick, hot flushes, sore nipples etc and got bfn I was so dissapointed, this is only my first month off the pill so i know its really soon to be dissapointed, I didn't think I would get this obssessed with it but i know i'm going to be driving myself crazy, testing every day. Have you been doing ovulation tests? xx

I did the ovulation testing once. With a pack of 7 from first response. They were WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Plus when I saw I wasn't ovulation it depressed me even more.

I was ovulating some. But I found if I didn't think it was enough I would have a bad day. Finding a negative on a pregnancy test is enough for me!

you should only use the progesterone cream after you ovulate. if you use it all the time then it acts like birth control and you will not ovulate.you use it for 14 days after you ovulate. if your body has progesterone in it all the time the it thinks you have already ovulated. when you stop the progesterone for a week you are only having a withdrawal bleed.

Shop bought OPK's cost a bomb but I use these https://miniurl.org/qSw which are 50 for £8 so I can use loads of them without worrying about the cost (you can get pregnancy tests for about the same amount as well). You have to wee in a pot but it's well worth it for the amount of money you save and it has really helped me - my guessing about these things always tends to be a few days out which can make all the difference. It makes me feel very positive to see that extra line even if it is just for ovulation rather than pregnancy.

Sorry to hear that manduh726. Try not to be too disheartened although I know that's much harder when you're getting all the symptoms. And I wouldn't give up hope until AF shows up. It'll be your turn soon!
