Wifey that's great to hear your tubes are clear! Yeah I went straight to a lap too but I'm glad I did the HSG probably would have really hurt with my blockage. I'll be curious what dr says at your follow up!

Sjab my AF was playing tricks on me too so I won't be able to test till middle of March now. DH bday is the 13th so that's going to be my new testing date!

Dogmommy- My cycles are usually 26-29 days so starting a day earlier was nothing unusual. I just don't know when I usually O since I've only temped for once cycle, so I have no idea if it'll be around CD12 like last month or closer to CD14. We shall see!

Wifey- I can totally relate. I'm super happy for everyone and glad that they never have to go through the TTC but it's hard to explain. I remember before TTC I had no idea how it would feel either. It's hard to blame them but it's still hard to deal with the emotions. After all we are only human. We can support each other

Erin- welcome! I am also on my third cycle of charting and using OPks although only my first of temping. I did start at the end of my cycle this time and my temp drop was on the 4th day of spotting right before my full AF. I think I was miscalculating my CD1 as the first day of spotting. I know we BD'd on the right day tho as I was using OPKs. We will see!!

Dog-mommy I might wait to test with you. Although I will probably cave and test earlier ;/

Question- how many times do you ladies BD in a cycle? We did it 10 times last cycle but with my long work hours I fin it so hard during the week. Obviously, if OPKs are positive we have our fun. Last month we did it at least every 3 days right from the end of AF. I prefer to keep BDing fun and not a chore.

We BD'd maybe like every other day, sometimes every 3 days through out my entire cycle. We have had family in town this week so that has put a damper on things but I have AF here too so not a big deal. I try to keep it not a chore and try not to put DH on the spot when I am ovulating. When we keep it regular I feel like it doesn't put the pressure on him during those really important times!

Kristina we do about 10 times too. Dh always asks "are we in the window" lol that's about all he understands with all of this. CD 6 here going to start opks in a couple days. I'm trying clomid this cycle so I'm wondering if I will early.

Sjab that's true I don't want to make it feel like a chore. But it's hard with working long hours to keep it spicy! I'm so damn tired sometimes.

Hey guy!

Dogmommy- going well here.
I got my positive OPK yesterday at 5:00pm (we had sex in the morning before that at 7;00am). We also did it two days before that, and every two days before. Trying to decide whether to do it again today or wait until tomorrow.. What do you guys think? If it was positive yesterday, most women would ovulate 12-36 hours after that which means my little egg could be sitting there waiting.. haha

If we BD'd yesterday that means it's been 36 hours since..... ahh the decisions.

sjab how you doing? let's get the excitement rolling! We got some not so perfect news- my husband has a varicocele which can be associated with infertility.Sperm analysis is on Tuesday. He's had it his entire life but now I'm kind of wondering...

Kristin yay for positive Opk. Sorry to hear about Dh varicele I haven't heard of that. I vote you Bd today if you haven't. I got a positive Opk today and I plan on following SMEP Bd tonight, tomorrow and Sunday skip one day and again on Tuesday!

According to FF I should O on the 29th. I did an OPK yesterday and it was not positive but a light line.. today was completely white but I have also been drinking more water this last week and did not have a very long hold. I have been bad about temping this month so kind of just gave up on that all together. I have been trying to BD every day for the last few days because I know it is getting close but hubby has not been into it Boo. Said it threw him off and he felt like he was on the spot the other day when he saw the OPK wrapper in the trash. Tonight he could tell I was disappointed that he wasn't interested and still made an effort but nothing.

This might not be our month after all. It is all a wait and see as I still have a couple of days left. Kind of feeling bummed out.

I'm sorry sjab it only takes one tiny sperm to be hanging around! Fingers crossed for you! I Od yesterdAy we won't hAve a chance to BD tonight so we will have to see if we did it enough prior to. Fingers crossed this is our month!

We only BD'd on the 24th with 'insemination' otherwise we did but it didn't count for anything. So really 4 days prior, I did not temp and never got a positive OPK but thinking it was today due to CM. I'm hoping but also trying to stay realistic and not be too upset if it didn't happen this month.

Sjab- I really hope this is your month. I always hear stories of people getting their BFP when they least expect. I read a woman who had not gotten her OPK+ at all that month and ended up pregnant. Another had been BDing every other day for months and decided to take a month off... they BD'd once for fun and BOOM BFP. You just never know!

Sjab- What do you mean by insemination? I would love to hear more about this. At home insem? or IUI?

As for the performance anxiety, I experienced that for the first time in 10 years with my husband. He's always been an "excellent' performer and last month he wasn't able to 'complete' because he knew I was ovulating. He was so frustrated, even more so than I, because he wants a family so badly. The next day I told him my LH surge was over and sure enough he was ready to go! The human brain is such a powerful thing.

dogmommy when are you going to start testing in March? I'm 5dpo I believe. I don't even want to test at this point. I'm tired of seeing BFN.

On another note regarding the varicoele- my husband went to a lab today to have his sperm tested. We will find out soon hopefully, if there are any issues in that department.

Hi all!

I've been TTC for the past 6 months.
I'm now on 11dpo, tested on 9dpo and this morning (11dpo) and both sticks showed faint line.
AF due on 5th/6th Mar. Will test again once I missed my AF.


Husband said not to put on so much hope but how to? Haha! I've always wanted a kid of my own. Lol!

What I meant by insemination was that we had sex but he never ejaculated so it really didn't mean much. It is amazing how the mind can make such a difference, he wants a family badly too and said it just felt like a lot of pressure was on him.

Did not temp or OPK this month but we did BD on Monday night and according to FF that was my O day.

Hi girls, sounds like all is well here! Hoping for some BFPs this month

AFM, started provera yesterday for 10 days, then I'll have AF and take Clomid. As long as all this is going to take, I'm not so sure I'll be testing in March.. but hopefully conceiving in March, thinking I'll O within the last 2 weeks of it. I'll probably be testing early April but who knows. At least I stand a chance this month with the Clomid. Staying positive and hoping to bring home a LO for Christmas

Hi wifey! How are you feeling ? I'm doing ok! I go tomorrow for day 21 labs to see how high my progesterone is. Hopefully over 10 this time. I had three large follicles with the clomid. Fingers crossed it works for you too! My dr wants to do a beta blood test on the 14th. If negative I'll be starting all over again!
