Thawed Breast Milk Question

Ok so with thawing breast milk in the fridge when does it have to be used by?

I have found sites say it should be used within 24 hours. Now it also takes a day or two to thaw, so is it 24 hours from once its completely thawed?

I'm assuming so, but just want to make sure.

I think it's 24 hours from when it's thawed. I never had that much patience though, so I thaw it in a bowl of cool water. Even in the fridge it takes only a couple hours

Yes, from when it's completely thawed.
