Hi Ladies

We're doing a mixture of BLW and TW.

My LO has baby porridge with fruit in the morning, then shares whatever I'm having for lunch around 1pm.

What do you guys do for the last meal though if your BLW? My DH and I don't have our evening meal till he gets home from work, and LO has been put to bed at 7pm. So she's already asleep when the last meal of the day is ready.

Do you cook separate for them? Or cook your own meal really early and then keep it standing till its adult dinner time?

I'd probably save her some of our dinner to reheat the next day, or if you eat a 'proper' lunch do her a sandwich/toast or similar. I couldn't be bothered to cook separately, besides it's hard to cook just a baby sized portion of anything!

I haven't started doing 3 meals a day yet. I am currently just doing breakfast everyday and then we have some thing to eat at around 4 to 5 when I can do it, which is usually a few times a week. I'm building up to a regular meal twice a day, then from there to 3 times, maybe I'm just been lazy mum though! I would give what we have had the night before too, or just some rice cakes with cheese, hummus etc, so more like a snack. I don't think at this age you have to think about a proper meal yet.

I save whatever we have had the previous evening as my OH doesn't get in while 18.30 and LO is normally in the bath by then xx
