The long wait for AF after ERPC

Its so frustrating waiting on AF after your MC isnt it. I am getting fed up waiting now but i know it can take longer than even this.

ERPC on 18 Feb
No idea on ovulation date, if at all yet

I just want my AF to come and then i can start charting properly and try again. I did a pregnancy test today to make sure my levels are back to normal and that was negative, so thats good, so its just a rubbish waiting game.

Ive also been temping for the last week as ive never done it before and to me the readings are all over the place and make no sense:-

36.8 (i had some sharp twinges on this day and so may have ovulated)?

God knows, all confusing stuff to me. I wasnt TTC before getting pregnant last time, it just happened, and so i now need to learn to listen to my body more.

Sorry to hear your frustration sweets!
Have you plotted your temps on Fertility friend? I found it good when I used it first time round. First month of using it got my BFP.

They do say that the cycle after your MC is usually messed up... can be long (up to 8 weeks ... gulp!), and your temps can be all over the shop!

Hope the dreaded witch comes soon (god, when do we EVER say that?!?!), and that you can start back on track!

Have you been temping at the same time each morning, within 10 minutes of waking? If not then they probably will be all over the place. As suggested Fertility Friend is a great place to a/ learn how to make the most of you temps and b/ plot them. They send you free tutorials on all your bodies fertility signs over the course of the first free 2 or 3 weeks.

FWIW I had my ERPC on 8th December, Ov'd on New Years Eve and AF turned up band on time 9 days after Ov, so its worth charting your observations, wathcing your CM and CP, and maybe doing OPK's as at least you'll know what to expect when.
