12000 posts eh, that's a lot of loser :) Boo to the shite husband.

Have fun Michelle, we will deffo have to go there when I'm back!

I want a dishwasher. I HATE washing up, I'd rather clean the toilet than wash dishes.

DH coming home in a few hours, he's been away for 2 weeks. I wonder if we'll argue the minute he walks through the door :haha:

:hugs: I hope not sapphire! I hope he's brought you a dishwasher as a surprise! ;)

Ooohhhh nats, whit woooooooooo! Have fun!

We have a dishwasher and it's great! It does stink though when it's got old plates in it!!

Enjoy your night Michelle!!

Basically now I'm fully trained I start doing my shifts as like a normal officer, except I don't get paid!! I do get free tube travel and buses in London, not that I really go into London!!

Having risotto, garlic bread and mange tout for din dins and clotted cream and rasberry cheese cake for dessert nom nom!! I swear I am going to start being good next week! I really want to shift a stone!!

Mmmm your tea sounds gorgeous blondey!! I've just ordered a funky chicken and had a piri piri volcanic spiced chicken wrap with curly fries and onion rings!! Yum yum. Hubby still at cricket.
Rory had a nap today, still in bed and asleep for 645pm though.
Enjoy your nights both michelle and nats!! All the goss tomorrow is needed!!
Hope your neck starts to ease soon lettuce.
Emmy, how was the house?

Forgot to say congratulations for completing your training blondey x

Go Nats! ;)

Well done blondey :)

Well the house was nice enough but we think it would be too small for two children and there wasn't much of a garden, just a spit of paved land :(
But we've worked out that we could afford more so am booking a viewing on Monday for a bigger house in the same area :D

Hope you two don't argue Saph.

He's gone to bed now. Its been really nice :) we cooked a nice meal together and went to sauna and had a little fun a couple of times... :D

Yay nats! :)
Sorry about the house emmy, but that's good you can afford more!
Hope you had fun michelle. And sapphire too, hope it's been ok. :hugs:
We got DH a mortgage in principle yesterday, he's going to buy thenext house as I'll still own my flat. So now we can start looking!! :happydance: asked for a veiwing for during the week.

Woo Nats and yay lettuce!

I say we can afford more but if we did we'd only have about £50-70 a month left over :(

Work today... Cba!

Yay for the house hunting Lettuce! What are the house prices like where you are? They are quite expensive round here. You need about £270k to get a nice 3 bed in a decent-ish area. You can get smaller ones for about £180k but they're usually on ex council sites, no off street parking etc etc.

Good luck with your house hunting Emmy. My sensible head would say to you to think carefully about stretching your budget hun, we don't know how long interest rates will stay this low for. Even a 0.5% rise could eat that £50 a month. When we went for our mortgage meeting, we looked at getting two deals (we are on a good deal that they don't offer anymore so would transfer this mortgage and get a separate deal for the remaining money) and the total we wanted to borrow was about £180k and each mortgage deal would go up by about £60 so if rates went up 1% then we would pay £100 more each month.

Anyone up to anything nice today? Weather here is pants. Got to do a big shop at Asda. It's ridiculous, I spent £20 in Tesco the other day which I was on lunch and £35 is sainsburys yesterday on dinner and a couple of offers and we still need to spend about £100 in Asda. food is so bloody expensive!

How was it with DH coming home Sapphire?

I know how you feel with food shopping! It's all Ive seem to have done this fortnight, dread to think how much we've spent!

We're still looking to rent, can't afford to buy down here, houses start at £120k in rough areas and we could only afford about £90k :(

There's a woman in front of me with legs almost as thin as Doo's .... That's not normal!!

Wise words from blondey Emmy. I don't think we could manAge on £50 a month. Were left with £1000 a month that's with every expenditure out inc fuel and food and that's on Dh basic So were usually left with about £1500 a month after all the bills food fuel etc because usually he gets good overtime in his wage.

Good night nats.

Are we all watching the tennis

I'm surviving on about a tenner now til I don't know when :(

Really nice weekend :) He just left, after we went out to get ice cream and play in the park :D

Yeah in the 'you fucking maggots' album. The one that looks like a lesbian apparently  tagged as Timo.

I don't know how much we are left with each month to be honest! I know (according to my spread sheet....geeeeeek!) that OH's wage could support us so we usually bung quite a bit from my wages into savings each month towards a house deposit. Think our OH's must earn a similar sort of amount Fabby

Glad you had a good weekend Nats!

Tennis is on the TV here. OH and AM are sitting on the sofa eating skips (I mean AM's eating something super healthy...:haha:) and watching it.

Ooo I want skips! I am so freaking hungry but I'm only allowed liquids and purees today (though I did eat an ice cream earlier, but thats practically liquid) :(
