The losers club

Yeah Dh on A very good salary, £46,000 that's why I don't need earn much HaHa

Rorys cut a tooth, he's haD slobber coming out both corners and the middle of his mouth today :-(

Do you have a hospital appointment again Nats?

That's similar to my OH fabby. His basic is slightly lower, but last year I think he took home about 6k in overtime. I bring home about £700 per month after tax and childcare which isn't bad for part time and no travel costs really! Even though I don't need to work the extra money is nice to sae for a house and if I ever needed to get a job doubt I'd be able to get one so close to home and for the hours I want.

What's for dinner losers? Thinking of fritatta with cheese and ham in it with rice (cooked in chicken stock so actually tastes of something!) and veggies.

AM is hilarious, she has decided that whenever she says bye to my dad she says 'bubye baby' Don't know why she's started that :haha:

Funny AM!

Yeah hospital again tomorrow, got to swallow a camera in a pill and hang around the place for hours while it takes pictures of my insides.

That's like me, I don't need to work but I only look after one boy and it is nice to have that extra money coming in each week so we really don't have to worry about anything. We went out for a curry me and dh Friday night and then today weve been swimming and for a carvery and it is nice to just be able to do these kind of things you know. It's nice to be able to just go out and buy Rory whatever he wants or whatever I want him to have aswell.
Good luck tomorrow nats.
I'm shattered I am. I may follow Rory to bed at 6pm. Really really tired I am. Not felt this tired since I was last pregnant!!!

Oh sorry about the random capital letters in the last few messages. I was on my phone and the keyboard is playing up, im on the ipad now. It needs resetting but I need to back up all of 3126 pictures first!!!!!!!!!! Can't be arsed!!

Nats I can't see the tags which one is he?

Must be nice to just be able to do things like that or buy stuff for Rory without worrying about the cost.

The one with red hair.

At least they are doing something Nats and not just fobbing you off!

Same with us Fabby, although I'm a habitual worrier and I still worry about money!! Especially this month, we bought a hand held hoover that was £150, my ghds broke so have to order some more tomorrow and we just bought wood flooring for our hallway. Even though the flats on the market it isn't having much interest as the markets so slow so guess we'll be staying put for a while!! We might just wait to see what happens with my regular police officer job application and if I get through then we could get a bigger mortgage than we are looking at now. It looks like that house we life is def going though with it's sale as we haven't heard anything about it falling through :-(

I'm a,firm believer in everything happens for a reason blondey so you have just got to think that themouse you like is just not meant to be

Wow how emotional was Andy murrays speech. Even dh is crying!!!!!! Only ever seen dh cry 3 times this is the 4th!!!!!!!!

I agree with Fabby, the house was not the house for you Blondey :hugs:

Whats for you won't go by you blondey! :)
Good luck tomorrow nats.
We used to survive on only my salary (about 28k) but since I've went part time and DH got a company job, we're a bit better off. I wish I was more sensible with money. :( our plan is to buy a house for approx 165k so DH can have a solo mortgage for that, I've got a solo mortgage on this flat and we'll keep it and rent it, so my wage (about 1100 a month) will be put into savings for doing up the flat, repairs etc as needed. Not ideal, I'd rather sell it, but needs must.
Blondey, housing here isn't too bad, can get a nice 3bed semi for 130-300k.
I'll see if I can link the one we're looking at.

Eta, awww at your oh crying fabby!

You ladies are making me cry! We weren't even breaking even at the end of the month til OH got his promotion!

So don't want to go to work tomorrow! Did I tell you Losers how work have screwed me?

The house doesn't show up for me Lettuce

:hugs: Emmy, its hard not having enough monies :( I can barely afford the buses today, let alone food for the rest of the week.

Won't for me either, but might be cause I'm on my phone.

Giving up on the more expensive places, I want money left over so I don't have to worry any more. :hugs: Nats :( good luck today!

My manager is hiring someone to work the same days as me so we have an extra person to cover holidays. This would be fabulous if I wasn't on commission and the other lady gets her days to herself but also benefits from the extra holiday cover :nope: so my wages will halve!!! :growlmad:

That's shit Emmy. I'd be looking for another job if it was me. Good decision on the house too.
Good luck nats :hugs:

I just saw what my poop looks like inside me. Delightful.

Test is done now so I can go home yay after a trip to the bank.

House link doesn't work for me either Lettuce! Sort it aaaaaat :winkwink:

:hugs: Emmy. It must suck re the work situation. I agree with Fabby, I'd quietly be looking for something else. I think that is a wise decision re the house. Personally I would rather be a bit cramped in something smaller, knowing we had extra money at the end of the month to save or to have little luxuries like going swimming or going to a pub lunch. I'm sure things will turn around for you soon, you just have to keep your eyes peeled for the opportunities.

Took madam swimming again. Last week she was a terror, this week she was............ O:) Such a delight! I would sit her on the edge and she would throw herself off into my arms even though she didn't have arm bands on. She actually let me hold her in the deeper bits and make her swim around and she had a blast walking around where she could stand up. Fingers crossed she's like it again next week!!

Yay for going home Nats!! Fingers crossed that this gives you some answers and wasn't in vain!
