Nice house Lettuce!! I guess you'd probably want to redo the kitchen or replace the doors at least to make it less 70's (unless that's your thing ) also are there patio doors going into the kitchen? I don't think they'd be very Jen friendly, so they're just things you might want to think about when putting in your offer. Apart from that looks lovely. You could easily live in it and gradually put your stamp on it.

So I didn't need to get up till 7:15 today and madam decides to wake up at 6:20! Yet yesterday I had to wake her up at 7:05 because we had to leave for work at half 7!! Cheeky lady!!

Hope Rory is feeling better. I guess this heat and humidity doesn't do anyone any favours, especially if you're feeling under the weather!!

What do you mean?! That kitchen is state of the art!! yeah, the doors aren't too bad tho, I'll prob just lock em open a bit and stick a stair gate on til she's a bit older.
I know, I'll be knocking a bit off the price. But it's really the area you pay for- it's one of the nicest.

Off to Peterborough today to take OH's car to the garage and pick up the courtesy car, I hope it's not teeny, I want to keep Doo's seat RF cause I can't remember how to FF it LOL hoping to ho to toys r us and get madam some reins so she can walk without running into traffic.

Nice house Lettuce! The Scottish system really confuses me, it's totally different to the one in England. Do you have to do that sealed bids thing?
