Still hungover Lettuce? Was OH sympathetic or mean about your suffering?

I was busy looking down DIY shops for a couple of hours yesterday. Madam was mostly well behaved except in Wickes and B&Q when she found one of those huuuuuge abandoned trolleys and wanted to push it round. Little miss hulk actually managed to get it moving and push them around!! She was so filthy and sweaty by the end of it. She had filthy hands and wiped them over her face. She looked like she belonged in the cast of Annie!

Emmy. You're nearly done. And Doo still remembers who you are. I hardly saw madam during my specials training and that was 2 weeks and then I had 13 weeks of only seeing her 2 days a week because of work and training. But she still loves her mummy. Have you thought anymore about quitting? It really sounds like you're having an awful time and if you're only making enough to pay for petrol to get there really you might have to weigh up if it's wirth carrying on.

Feel much better now thanks! DH was ok with the suffering, he took Jen at 7:30am so I got a lie in til 9:30. Them he drove her to mums at 11:30 and brought a burger king back. but then I had major DIY to do.
Aw Emmy nearly there now pet, not long and you can spend quality time with her.
What DIY were you doing blondey? We've still got to finish the bathroom floor, get new Lino, paint all the woodwork and the kitchen. I also need to get some oxcylic acid to strip the wooden work surface back as it's water damaged. Pita! Never ever having a wooden surface again!
How's your new home sapphire? All working out?

We were just getting ideas for what we could do to the house. It's hitting home how ££££ it'll be!! eeeek!

New flat is ok, apart from the mountains of washing I can't catch up with. Reeaally miss my tumble dryer! DH took some to the launderette to dry, and even after £5 worth of credit, they still weren't dry Will have to suffer the living room being like a chinese laundry

It's been a long time since I did any DIY, whenever I need something doing my Dad and brother do it (they're an electrician and a buider/carpenter). The last time I had any major work done was on the bathroom at my house in York. It was bloody gorgeous, but it did cost £6000 so it should have been! The price goes up surprisingly quickly!

I've applied for a new job, just waiting to hear if I can get an interview. I'm fed up of getting abuse for just doing my job I don't jump on people as soon as they've come down and I make sure it's ok to see them and offer to come back when it's convenient but it's not enough for some...
