Glad the race was good Emmy

I ended up having a good weekend after all. Helped someone move house, then we had a poker night and I won :happydance: then went out but it was pretty boring out in town, and I felt old when we met some 18 year olds :( But then we went and played in the park and I felt young again. And I pulled.
 
I get to save four photos of each baby but can only take pictures in the cot, I'm running out of ideas for different shots :(

I guess thats not much to work with, just pictures in the cot.

Not sure if it was a good idea pulling that guy as I'm going to have to see him again a lot as he's in my friend's band. We'll see what happens next weekend.
 
What's your definition of pulled Nats? I always used 'pulled' for snogged.

Blondey, I'd used pulled for snogged too.
I'm sooooo tired, lying beside the cot waiting for Jen to drop off, going to make lunch then bed.
 
I use pulled for snogged too I guess.

I just saw a picture from last weekend taken from behind me, and some guy has his arm round me. I think that must be the guy who's number I got so at least I know what the back of his head looks like now :haha:

How are all the losers?
We went to ikea and kitted out Ts room, it's fab! Except now she doesn't want to sleep in it... I'm sure she will soon! Hayden has a cold and is sleeping terribly, poor thing is so snotty and I can't do anything except a wee bit Karvol. Mil is back from Singapore so is here all the time, it's fab! Malc is also off this week so lots of family time.
Have started weaning Hayden, well tiny spoons of baby porridge in the vain hope he'll sleep better! Yes I know I'm the devil for doing it but I'm up at least twice a night with him and it really getting to me now, I'm so grumpy and snappy with Malc and T and I feel terrible about it :cry:
Got a night out on Saturday night, going to my friends for Singstar then to club Tropicana for cheesy 80s music then I'm staying with her in town to save the £30 taxi home :) ahhh unbroken sleep :)

Hope everyone else is ok, I have been stalking during my numerous night time wakings but any posts would've been have asleep gobbledeegook!
 
:hugs: god, those night time wakings. I thank god Jen sleeps through now and it only took 11.5months! :rofl: Hun, don't worry, you gotta do what you gotta do. Hope it works for him. Is it maybe the dreaded 4month sleep regression? I hope you're getting lots of help and rest. :hugs:
I had your Ragu tonight, was so delicious and Jen loved it, she's been off her food lately so I'm doubly delighted.
Sounds like a great weekend. I have a mate date tomorrow night and I'm kinda nervous! I met this girl through toddlers and we just hit it off, but I've never been out without the babies so I'm hoping it goes well! It's worse than a real date! :haha:
 
I still have to get up at least twice a night with Maria :dohh:

Thanks ladies :) I think I'll make ragu on Friday, nomnom.... I wish we'd had Hayden first and then T, ie bad sleeper then good, we were spoiled with her! Course you can come Nats, I've got champagne saved too, it's gonna be fab :) Are you seeing him again Nats?!

Well he just offered to drive over and visit me this weekend if I can't afford to go to the city like I usually do.... I'm nervous! :haha:

True. But if it goes all horribly wrong I won't be able to avoid seeing him as he's in my friend's band and he's one of the party gang.

I think I'll still probably give it a go anyway.
 
I'd give it a go. My husband and I were in the same group of friends and I swithered, but it's all worked out! :)
 
Might be nice to have a relaxing sauna night with him rather than partying. Especially as I have to fast on Sunday and don't want to be fasting when hungover.

Michelle we weaned Doo at 18 weeks but that's cause I couldn't make her bottles fast enough or big enough!

At work again today, they've screwed me over :( and the car park is full yet doesn't tell you until you've buzzed in and realised so had to do dodgy parking as couldn't get out without topping my card up :dohh:
