I'd say he's my OH yes :) Feels pretty darn good! ^_^ It's all starting to slot in to place now, and things are calming down a bit. He's going flat hunting this week, and his other house goes up for sale in a month or so. And we're going to Ikea on Thursday simply because I LOVE Ikea :rofl: he does too apparently, so we're well suited :smug:

Yeah it was quite a good start, much better than I thought it'd be. I doubt we'll be best friends like Andrew and I are, but it's looking better than it was a week ago :)
 
ooooo how exciting. I also love love love ikea!! thing is i ALWAYS buy something so i try and refrain from buying although ihave heard there is a MASSIVE sale on there!! could get stuff for his WHOLE flat. Im guessing you will be spending a hell of a lot of time there once hes moved in lol.

Me and my ex dont talk at all. We were together 2.5 years. Now we dont even acknowledge each other if we walk past each other in the street!! But he was a complete prick lol.
 
Glad your house is all good :) You got much work to do on it or is it all fairly easy? You'll be having to paint a nursery soon :D :D :D :D xx

That sucks about your ex :( unfortunately if you/they don't wanna be friends then it just doesn't work.

I'll probably be round there a bit yeah lol. It'll be nice to just have somewhere to go where there's no one else, because obviously he's living with our friend at the moment (renting a room for a month or two) and there's always someone there lol. So that'll be really nice ^_^

Gonna try not to spend money at Ikea, he's not buying anything yet I don't think. So that'll help, because once I start spending I find it hard to stop! If I don't start, I'm usually okay :P xx
 
OMG Can we go for baby stuff after scannage - or at least go and look then you can go back with Kam and get it all lol.
 
IKEA and Merryhill meet - perrrrrfect! and if we dont like each other - we can just buy candles and the day wouldnt have been wasted! :rofl:
 
hahaha i looooooooooove ikea candles! I can spend 2 hrs in there and just come out with candles!

Its fairly easy just need to tile the bathroom floor & sort out the garden then we are done!!

Spare room is staying bare and blank until I am preggers and I can paint it pink & blue! Wooo.

Oooooh and Ikea! I need to go need some extra bedroom furniture now we have a bigger bedroom and can actually fit furniture in it!! Woo. Phillip wont take me though as it costs him a fortune.

Just sorted out getting my old house deposit back! Woo. Cheque of £260 on its way to me... will pay the fridge off my credit card. Happy happy!
