Was supposed to be back earlier but we went in to town after the hospital and did a bit of shopping.
Does anyone know anything about Agnus castus? I heard that it was good for bringing on periods so popped in to holland and barrett today and got some. I was too embarrassed to ask the guy behind the counter about it (he only looked about 16 and I think the in's and outs of my menstrual cycle might have scarred him for life).
It says take 2 twice daily but that seems like quite a lot.

oh yep but then I seem to live at the hospital lately what with running my mum and step dad back and forth for appointments all the time (not that I mind).
I have my Dr's on the 11th about the absent af and then the cardiologist on the 14th.
On the 25th I'm on holiday though so it will be a welcome break lol
